Salut and welcome to Vanessa & The O’s homepage!

Let me introduce Vanessa & The O's… the band.

On vocals we have Vanessa Contenay-Quinones, our guitaristas are Andreas Mattson, Niclas Frisk and James Iha…and not forgetting our fabulous studio friends [without whom this album would not have been possible]..Pelle Gunnerfeldt, Bjorn Yttling and Per Nordmark!

Oh yes for our live shows we have some English friends too, drummer Nicholas Millard, dreamy guitarist Rick Hornby and on occasion legendary producer and guitar hero Clive Langer!

There is a biog here someplace in French AND English that tells you more about us and how we got together, wrote the songs, made the album and ….all that stuff.

Last year we got the album out in a few more countries and played a few shows in various parts of the world including Holland Malta for the first time which was a buzz, got up to Beatletown Liverpool in England for one gig shame we couldn't stay longer, a cool place but mostly we have been writing new songs for Vanessa & The O’s part 2!  In fact recording has already begun and is going on as we speak in Stockholm, we hope to have a new record finished by the summer so stay tuned for further musical news.
